OPTION 1. FULL PAPER

Notice: This is an individual fee. To ensure publication in the proceedings and the issuance of certificates, each author and co-author must register and pay the corresponding fee.

Registration includes:

  • •Full Access: Access to all virtual sessions, keynote speeches, and scientific forums.
  • •Certification: Individual authorship certificate and a 20-hour certificate of attendance.
  • •Publishing: In the conference proceedings, published in open access by Adaya Press including ISBN, ISSN, and individual DOI.
  • •Indexing: Submission of the proceedings for evaluation and potential inclusion in Web of Science, DIALNET, and other international databases.

Registration includes:

  • •Publishing: In the book of abstracts and in open access on the EDUNOVATIC conference website, with ISBN.

OPTION 3. ATTENDEE (LISTENER)

PARTICIPATION WITHOUT CONTRIBUTION

Registration: This category is exclusively for participants who wish to attend the virtual sessions without presenting any scientific paper or contribution.

Registration includes:

  • •Full Access: Access to all virtual sessions, keynote speeches, and discussion forums.
  • •Certification: Official digital 20-hour certificate of attendance.

Important Information

Deadline: October 15, 2026

  • • Payments: To streamline the administrative process, we recommend group payments. However, if an author requires an individual invoice, they may pay their registration fee separately. Note: All authors must complete their registration payment for the paper to be included in the Proceedings.
  • • Active Participation: Speakers must perform a minimum of 3 interventions (or 5 for Listeners) in the virtual forums to receive the attendance certificate.
  • • Papers per Fee: Each registration fee covers a single contribution (either a full paper or an abstract). Participants may submit a maximum of two contributions in any combination: two full papers, two abstracts, or one of each. The corresponding registration fee must be paid by each author and co-author for every contribution submitted. Payment instructions will be provided upon notification of acceptance.
