Publication Ethics & Malpractice STATEMENT

The conference EDUNOVATIC and its co-organizing institutions are strictly committed to academic integrity, following the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) standards. All participants must adhere to the following framework:

1. Integrity & AI Usage

Submissions must be original work. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. AI tools cannot be listed as authors; if used, their role must be clearly disclosed in the methodology or acknowledgments section. Authors remain fully responsible for any content generated by AI.

Requirement: Originality, AI disclosure, and authorship accountability.

2. Transparency & Disclosure

Authors must disclose any financial or professional conflicts of interest. All funding sources must be identified. Simultaneous submission to other venues is not permitted, and work must offer new significant academic value.

Requirement: Conflict of interest statement and funding identification.

3. Ethical Oversight & Data

Research involving human participants must confirm compliance with international ethical standards (e.g., Helsinki Declaration). Data fabrication or falsification is a severe breach of conduct; authors must provide raw data if requested.

Requirement: Institutional ethics committee approval and data integrity.

4. Review & Editorial Conduct

Editors and reviewers evaluate submissions based solely on academic merit through a double-blind process. Should a significant error be identified post-publication, authors must cooperate in the publication of an erratum or retraction.

Requirement: Neutrality, confidentiality, and correction of errors.

This statement is updated for the EDUNOVATIC Conference and is fully aligned with the ethical guidelines of Adaya Press and COPE.
