Conference Registration – Payment Instructions (Quick Guide)

How to register

Complete the registration form and attach your proof of payment via bank transfer in Euros.

If the form doesn’t work, email the form details and proof of payment to: edunovatic[at]gmail.com.

Important

  • Every author of a contribution (full paper or abstract) must pay their individual fee.
  • Contributions from authors who do not complete registration on time will not be published, and certificates will be issued only to registered authors.
  • Review all conference participation rules before payment.

Registration Fees

  • Full papers: €149 per author per paper (up to 2 papers allowed)
  • Abstracts: €89 per author per abstract (up to 2 abstracts allowed)
  • Combined contributions (1 full paper + 1 abstract): multiply the fee for each contribution by its number of authors, then sum the totals.

A. Bank transfer – For payments inside the Eurozone, or using WISE or similar services

Please note that any bank transfer charges must be covered by the participant in addition to the registration fee. Your registration will be confirmed once the payment is verified by the Conference Technical Secretariat.

The registration fee covers one author and one contribution. Please note that every author and co-author listed on a paper must register and pay the fee individually.

If you have a combined contribution (full paper + abstract), please pay separately for each type.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that registration fees are non-refundable, including cases of non-participation or non-attendance at the Conference. Once the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Invoicing Policy 
Invoices will be issued using the current year’s date, coinciding with your registration. No modifications to the date are permitted, and no invoices will be issued after the conference has taken place.

    Invoice data: Name of the payer, tax identification number, full address, zip code and country.
    Please, check carefully the entered data since once the invoice is sent it will not be possible to change the data.

    Invoices will be issued dated on the current year and coinciding with your registration. It will not be possible to change the year. Invoices will be sent together with the Conference certificates on the second week of december. If you need to receive the invoice in advance, please, introduce the information below.
