A. Speaker (Author / Co-author)

Per author / up to two proposals

Important: This fee is individual. To ensure the publication of the contribution and receive the certificates, each author and co-author must complete their registration payment.

Registration includes:

  • • Full Access: Full entry to all virtual sessions, keynotes, and scientific discussion tracks.
  • • Certification: Individual digital certificates of authorship (up to 2) and a 20-hour attendance certificate.
  • • Publishing: Publication by Adaya Press including ISBN, e-ISSN, and DOI.
  • • Indexing: Submission of all proceedings for evaluation and indexing in international databases: Web of Science, Google Scholar, Dialnet, among others.

B. Listener (Attendee)

Registration: This category is designed for attendees who wish to engage in scientific virtual sessions without submitting a formal paper or scientific contribution.

Attendance benefits:

  • • Full Access: Full entry to all virtual sessions, keynotes, and scientific discussion tracks.
  • • Certification: Official 20-hour digital certificate of attendance.

Important Information

Deadline: October 15, 2026

  • • Payments: To streamline the administrative process, we recommend group payments. However, if an author requires an individual invoice, they may pay their registration fee separately. Note: All authors must complete their registration payment for the paper to be included in the Proceedings.
  • • Active Participation: Speakers must perform a minimum of 3 interventions (or 5 for Listeners) in the virtual forums to receive the attendance certificate.
  • • Papers per Fee: Each speaker registration covers up to 2 papers. Payment instructions will be sent alongside the notification of acceptance.
