These conditions also incorporate EDUNOVATIC’s privacy policy and copyright statement. By accessing the EDUNOVATIC site or using any of the EDUNOVATIC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Reproduction License

Unless otherwise provided, the Conference Proceedings and attached materials published by EDUNOVATIC on the EDUNOVATIC Site are authorized by the respective authors for use and distribution, subject to the citation of the original source in accordance with Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0).

Site Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the EDUNOVATIC Site is owned by EDUNOVATIC. You acknowledge and agree that the EDUNOVATIC Site, and any necessary software used in connection with the EDUNOVATIC Site, may contain confidential and proprietary information protected by applicable laws governing intellectual property, proprietary rights, and the like. All codes and specifications of the EDUNOVATIC Site are subject to their stated or implied licenses. Trademarks and other elements appearing on the EDUNOVATIC Site are protected by European and international laws regarding copyright, trade dress, patents, and trademarks, international conventions, and other relevant and applicable laws.

Content Submission

By submitting a proposal to the EDUNOVATIC Conference for publication or other content for publication on the EDUNOVATIC Site, authors agree to (1) comply with these Terms and Conditions, (2) have the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY-NC 4.0) license applied to the submitted material, and (3) provide any information required by EDUNOVATIC during or as part of the submission process. You are responsible for all content you submit for publication or posting on the EDUNOVATIC Site.

Prohibited Acts

As a condition of your use of the EDUNOVATIC Site, you agree not to:

  • Email, post, transmit, or make available to the Conference any information, material, or other content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or offensive; or that infringes on the rights of another person, including intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; or obtain, collect, store, or modify personal information about other users.
  • Email, post, transmit, or make available to the Conference any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation.
  • Modify, adapt, or hack the EDUNOVATIC Site or falsely imply that some other site is associated with the EDUNOVATIC Site or EDUNOVATIC.
  • Use the EDUNOVATIC Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the EDUNOVATIC Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).

Breach of These Terms of Use

You acknowledge that EDUNOVATIC has no obligation to pre-screen or monitor your access to or use of the EDUNOVATIC Site or any information, materials, or other content provided or made available through the EDUNOVATIC Site, but has the right to do so.
