1. Envío y Revisión

  • Las contribuciones (máximo 2 por autor) se enviarán exclusivamente por el formulario habilitado o a edunovatic[at]gmail.com.
  • Deben ser trabajos originales, científicos o profesionales, adaptados a las directrices de envío.
  • Todas las propuestas se someterán a un proceso de revisión y la decisión se comunicará por correo electrónico al autor de contacto. Las comunicaciones completas se evaluarán mediante revisión por pares doble ciego, mientras que los resúmenes recibirán una revisión editorial para garantizar formato, claridad y pertinencia.

1. Submission & Review

  • Contributions (max. 2 per author) must be sent exclusively via the official online form or sent to edunovatic[at]gmail.com.
  • Submissions must be original, scientific or professional works, following the submission guidelines.
  • All submissions will undergo a review process, and the decision will be communicated via email to the corresponding author. Full papers will be evaluated through double-blind peer review, while abstracts will receive an editorial review to ensure proper formatting, clarity, and relevance.

2. Inscripción y Coautoría

Norma estricta de publicación:

  • Para que una contribución sea publicada, todos los autores firmantes deben estar inscritos y haber abonado su cuota individual (comunicación completa o resumen).
  • Si un coautor no se inscribe, los autores registrados recibirán su certificado, pero el trabajo no se incluirá en la publicación.
  • El pago debe realizarse preferentemente en un único ingreso por comunicación antes de la fecha límite en la sección de INSCRIPCIÓN.

2. Registration & Co-authorship

Strict Publication Policy:

  • For a submission to be published, all listed authors must be registered and have paid their individual registration fee (full paper or abstract).
  • If a co-author does not register, the registered authors will receive their certificate, but the submission will not be included in the conference proceedings or abstract book.
  • Payment should preferably be made in a single transfer per submission before the deadline indicated in the REGISTRATION section.

3. Certificados y Actas

  • La información de acceso a la plataforma virtual se enviará por correo electrónico una semana antes del inicio del congreso.
  • Los certificados digitales individuales se enviarán por email en un plazo máximo de una semana tras finalizar el evento.
  • El libro de actas con las comunicaciones completas (ISBN, ISSN y DOI individual) y el libro de resúmenes (ISBN) se publicarán en el primer trimestre de 2027.

3. Certificates & Proceedings

  • Access details to the virtual platform will be sent via email one week before the conference begins.
  • Individual digital certificates will be emailed within one week after the end of the event.
  • The Book of Proceedings containing the full papers (ISBN, ISSN, and individual DOI) and the Book of Abstracts (ISBN) will be published in the first quarter of 2027.
